🎯 Part-Time Commercial Insurance Sales Producer (Property & Auto) — Ohio --- W-2 • ~20 hours/week • New Business Only

We help business owners secure Commercial Property (Fire) and Commercial Auto coverage. No renewals—just new sales.

✅ What You’ll Do

  • 🤝 Talk with business owners and decision-makers (B2B conversations!)
  • 📄 Collect info + submit applications to quote properly
  • 🧾 Quote, follow up, and help coordinate coverage to bind/issue policies
  • 📍 Meet clients / coordinate locally as needed (Ohio-based)
  • 🧠 Build your underwriting/coverage knowledge as you go
  • 📌 Track everything in our CRM (leads → quotes → bound policies)

  • 🔥 Commercial Property (Fire)
  • 🚗 Commercial Auto
💸 Pay & Incentives (W-2)

  • 💵 Base pay $15.00/hour
  • 📈 Plus commissions Earn another $1000 just for hitting your goal!
    • Commissions are uncapped
🎯 Target

  • ⭐ ~5 bound commercial policies/month
📌 Requirements

  • 🎫 Must be able to acquire and maintain an Ohio Property & Casualty (P&C) license
  • 🗣️ Strong communication + confidence speaking with business owners
  • ⏱️ Reliable follow-up skills and good time management
  • 🚙 Reliable transportation (if in-person)
