"If you think you will have peace of mind with that agent , think again . My Sister has policy with and they was taking money from her card monthly after she payed in full for 6 months . When she added car to policy They told her one price , and they took $30 more , when they charge for , and additional monthly payments for the car was payed in full . When she called for road side assistant , They told her is no coverage on that . When she requested to cancel her policy and clearly stated # , They decided to cancel All policies , they sent her a note dated 02.13.2023 that her policy was cancelled on 02.02.2023 , and notice arrived on 02.21.2023 . Anytime you asking Why you do what you do ?? They blaming billing department So it's just a games for them , you never know what they will do ."

"A couple of years ago my agent retired and we were automatically assigned to Dionne. She contacted us to set up a meeting with her. We arranged a time, showed up for the meeting, waited 15-30 minutes, and the front desk person kept telling us she was on the phone with someone. Eventually, Dionne came out gave a brief hello and said she had to get back to the phone call. Did I mention she contacted us and set up a time to meet us? We decided that since we were not worth her time for her to meet with us after she set up the meeting for us that when we really needed help she would not be there for us and switched State Farm agents. I have been with State Farm my whole life (my parents had State Farm since before I was born) and I have never seen an agent who showed a complete lack of concern for her customer. Fast forward to now and my daughter and son-in-law have her as their agent and on Labor Day their basement flooded and Dionne is nowhere to be found in helping them. This does not surprise me. Perhaps she had another one of those important phone call and was too busy to help her customers."
